Antonio Nash is Otero’s Head Athletic Trainer. He grew up in Pueblo West, Colorado, and currently lives in Pueblo with his wife Marina.

As a Certified Athletic Trainer Antonio is Otero’s medical expert in preventing, recognizing, managing and rehabilitating injuries that result from physical activity. His skills vary from providing first aid, applying preventative taping and wrapping, using therapeutic modalities, providing rehabilitation for injuries, and aiding in the conditioning and reintegration of the athlete into team practices following injury. In addition, Antonio communicates with coaching staff, administrators and the athletes regarding an athlete's physical condition and their ability to compete safely.

Nash attended Pueblo West High School and then earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from CSU-Pueblo. He worked at Pueblo West High School as an Assistant Athletic Trainer prior to coming to OJC. In addition, he is nationally certified through the Board of Certification (BOC), is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), and is licensed in Colorado.
