Otero Rattlers Wrestling Team Faces Tough Challenge Against Snow

In a dual meet on January 30, 2025, the Otero College Rattlers faced a tough opponent in Snow, resulting in a final loss score of 12-21.
Key victories during the match for Otero included Joe Zamora's major decision win over Wylie Stone with a score of 10-2. Kaleb Cooper secured a technical fall against Rylan Stevens scoring 21-4 in just 3:43. Griffin LaRue closed out the Otero victories with an 8-3 decision over Snow heavyweight Dillon Sorenson.
The Rattlers are looking forward to redeeming themselves next week against Northeastern Junior College on Wednesday, February 5th for their last home match of the season. The graduating sophomores will be honored shortly before the dual for sophomore night.
